These Terms of Service govern your use of seanpatrickservices.com and the services provided by Sean Patrick Services LLC (we, us, our). By using our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates Are Not Binding Until Signed

Free estimates we provide for landscaping, lawn care, pressure washing, snow removal, gutter cleaning, or any other service are good-faith pricing based on the information available at the time of quote. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing may change based on site conditions discovered during the work, scope changes you request, or unforeseen issues that affect the job. Any binding agreement requires a signed work order or written confirmation from both parties.

Project Contracts Are Separate

For larger jobs (full landscape installs, multi-property snow contracts, multi-day pressure washing, etc.), we may issue a separate written project contract. That contract takes precedence over these general Terms with respect to the specific scope, payment schedule, and warranty for that project.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, and Zelle. Past-due invoices may be subject to a 1.5% per month late fee. We reserve the right to pause future work for accounts with unpaid invoices.

Scheduling, Weather, and Delays

Outdoor service scheduling depends on weather conditions, equipment availability, and prior commitments. We will give you reasonable notice of any rescheduling. Snow removal during storm events is best-effort and prioritized by route, contract type, and accessibility. Same-day weather cancellations do not trigger fees.

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If something we did fails due to our error within 30 days of completion (a planting installed wrong, a section missed during a cleanup, debris left behind), contact us within that window and we will return to make it right at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, pets, foot traffic, third-party work, or normal wear.

Plant and Material Warranty

Live plant material we install is warranted for 90 days, provided you follow our written care instructions (watering, mulching, fertilization). Acts of nature, neglect, animal damage, and intentional removal are not covered. Hardscape materials carry only the manufacturer warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sean Patrick Services LLC total liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes including reviewing our services and contacting us. You may not scrape, mirror, copy, or republish the site content without written permission. Automated submissions to our contact form are prohibited.
